TRANSACTION COORDINATOR

Busy real estate office needs GREAT experienced Real Estate Transaction Coordinator to take care of various aspects of residential real estate contract negotiation in the Conyers area. This person will work as part of a team in a fast paced, exciting environment in a professional Real Estate office. This position will allow a person to quickly learn about Real Estate contract process from offer to closing. This position requires a reliable person with great attention to detail, who is able to multitask and who can be trusted to complete assignments quickly.

Responsibilities:
1) Track and facilitate the completion of tasks needed to list properties for sale.
2) Process offers and counter offers from buyers and sellers.
3) Complete documentation for transactions.

4) Change status of properties in MLS

5) Provide reporting of properties under contract
6) Tracks and facilitate the completion of tasks to repair and maintain properties during
marketing.

7) Communication with agent community to process transactions
8) Facilitate the closing process

9) And other duties as may be needed

Requirements:
1) Knowledge of computer processes and management of files
2) Prior experience in REO Properties
3) Work as a part of a team and help others to succeed

4) Must be able to work full-time

5) Must have reliable transportation

6) You MUST be a licensed real estate agent in GA

7)  Familiarity with GAMLS
5) Purty Gud Speeling & Englesh
6) Good working knowledge of Microsoft office suite
7) Background in HSC, Res.Net & Equator not required but desirable

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Busy real estate office needs experienced general office administrative assistant to take care of various aspects of residential real estate duties in Conyers area. This person will work as part of a team in a fast paced, exciting environment in a professional Real Estate office. This position will allow a person to quickly learn about the REO Real Estate process. This position requires a reliable person with great attention to detail, who is task oriented and who can be trusted to complete assignments quickly.

General Office Duties Include:
Greeting clients and serving their needs
Answering phones

HOA Verification

Utility initiation and confirmation
Organizing and maintaining files
Entering and maintaining listings in MLS throughout the listing/sell process
Heavy Emails

Generating reports using Microsoft Office

And Other administrative/real estate duties as needed

Requirements:
Prior experience in REO Properties
Have an interest in real estate

A real estate license is not required but desirable
Must be able to work full-time
Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs
Familiarity with GAMLS

Must have reliable transportation as some travel is required
Knowledge of computer processes and management of files
Work as a part of a team and help others to succeed
Purty Gud Speeling & Englesh
